We the sisters of CHF Divyoday Vice Province inspired by a vision, drawn from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ our Supreme Guru and formulated by our foundress and co-founder stand for the total formulation of the human person and the upliftment of women through education. This vision and the principals give our educational institutions a specific character. Human excellence being a priority, the thrust in our schools is to put into effect the ideals of humanism. We aim at forming children into well integrated, mature, patriotic, compassionate and socially conscious human beings that they become men and women for others.
The school was opened in March 1991. It is located in Hussainpur Village, near I.T.I. on the Nangal Road, in Punjab.Students are prepared for the ICSE (Class X) examinations, New Delhi as the school is affiliated to I.C.S.E. Board New Delhi (PU 046). Admission to School is open to children from all sections of the society.
Holy Family Convent School, is an English Medium co-educational school, established by the Holy Family Sisters of the Province of Divyoday in North India, administered and managed as a Minority Educational Institution through ROPAR HOLY FAMILY SOCIETY registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 as amended by Punjab Amendment Act 1957.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The aim of the institution is to impart sound education and character formation to the young so as to enable them to find their proper place in the society and equip them to be of service “to God and his People”.
